The 3-day ITIL® 4 Strategist | Direct, Plan, and Improve course is a part of both the ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP) and the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader (SL) certification streams. The ITIL DPI course will be helpful both to people who are already in a leadership position as well as those who want to give more and be more.
Pre-requisite: Must have passed ITIL® 4 Foundation
Certification: On Passing Exam you become, ITIL Strategist: Direct, Plan and Improve
