PeopleCert ITIL® 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT (HVIT) – Course Description
The ITIL 4 Specialist: High-Velocity IT (HVIT) module is designed for IT and service management professionals who work in, or aspire to work in, fast-paced and digital environments. It focuses on how digital organizations and operating models function in high-velocity settings and how IT service management practices can adapt to meet these rapid business demands. The course explores how to enable quick delivery of digital products and services, drive value co-creation, and ensure agility and resilience.
The course is one of the required modules for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) certification path. It helps participants understand how modern organizations use Agile, Lean, DevOps, automation, and design thinking to achieve optimal performance and deliver high-speed digital services.
Prerequisites
Participants must hold an ITIL 4 Foundation certification or the ITIL 4 Managing Professional Transition certificate. Training must be completed through an Accredited Training Organization (ATO).
